Ce fut une belle d\u00e9couverte et un bon moment de partage, ci-dessous nos cr\u00e9ations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement je fais mon pain depuis longtemps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ma fille, voici ma recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g de farine ( 300 petit \u00e9peautre + 100g farine de ch\u00e2taigne + 100g sarrasin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 grosses cs de levure petit \u00e9peautre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>325 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cc de sel fin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients, le mieux c&rsquo;est le p\u00e9trisseur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite faire lever 1h dans un endroit chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retravailler le pain, le d\u00e9gazer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire de nouveau lever 1h dans un endroit chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four et enfourner: Four 200\u00b0 environ 30 mn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2022 un des boulanger de la boutique Bio \u00e0 Laroque 34, a organis\u00e9 un atelier \u00ab\u00a0faire son pain\u00a0\u00bb.
